Ahualoa Farms: Sea Salt & Lilikoi Macadamia Nuts
Located in Honokaʻa on the northern tip of the Big Island, Ahualoa Farms specializes in macadamia nuts. They use 100% Hawaiian grown macadamia nuts from the Big Island. Their products are handcrafted, oven roasted using their own pressed macadamia nut oil, and made in small batches to maintain freshness. Ahualoa Farms makes all of their own flavorings with locally sourced ingredients such as Maui cane sugar and Lilikoi (Passion Fruit) juice extracted from Lilikoi grown on their farm.
Hawaiian Granola Company: Macadamia Granola with Coconut
The small batch, handcrafted Hawaiian Macadamia Granola with Coconut is made with macadamia nuts grown in the fertile volcanic soil of Hawaii Island. The macadamia nut honey comes from bees in the macadamia orchards located on the flanks of Mauna Loa! The Hawaiian Granola Company is unique in that their product is not only delicious but also is free of wheat, dairy, soy, salt, corn syrup or preservatives.
Mauna Kea Teas: Coconut Green Tea
This small and completely organic tea plantation is located in Honokaʻa on the northern tip of the Big Island. They pride themselves on creating unique flavors that perfectly complement and balance each other. Their coconut green tea is a prime example of this balance as it uses real coconut instead of extracts or coconut derived flavorings, which perfectly compliments the delicate flavor of green tea.
Akaka Farms Honey: Kiawe Honey
Kiawe honey comes from the arid west side of the Big Island. Kiawe is Hawaii's mesquite tree commonly used for smoking meat or thrown into a fire to add flavor while grilling foods. This honey has a very creamy texture to it and is not too sweet. It naturally turns white because this honey comes raw and has not been pasteurized. It is the most sought after and most highly prized honey in Hawaii.
Maui Nui Venison: Venison Sticks
Maui Nui Venison is sourced from truly wild axis deer, deer that have roamed unrestricted by fences their entire lives from windswept grasslands to cloud forests, deer that are truly free until the minute they are harvested under strict USDA inspection. Their superior meat source comes from their commitment to work with suppliers who have an intimate understanding of managing wild axis deer and who acknowledge the resource this animal provides to their communities.
Chic Naturals: Hawaiian Sea Salt & Herbs Dry Roasted Chickpeas
These savory snacks are coated with their own specialty blend of spices and herbs, which are all created in-house at their Gluten-Free Nut-Free facility to ensure freshness and great taste. Chic Naturals only use American grown chickpeas from growers that are non-GMO. All of their products are manufactured in the U.S and are free of gluten, nut, peanut & tree nut, wheat, MSG, corn, sesame, casein, dairy & soy.
Coffees of Hawaii: 100% Molokai Coffee
Malulani coffee is a rich-bodied, medium roast coffee with a mild acidity, complemented with a luscious hint of chocolate. The Malulani flavor results from their original "washed arabica" process, which brings out the natural acidity of the 100% Molokai grown beans. Then a gentle roasting releases subtle, resonating essences unique to the soil of Molokai. The product name comes from "Malu" which means shade, shelter, and inner stillness and "Lani" which refers to the celestial realm.
