What does “Go Ramble”  mean?

 

To ramble means to walk for pleasure, typically without a definite route.

 

Here at Go Ramble, we believe that your time during your well deserved vacation should be spent doing just that- Rambling about the town, parks, and beaches! We live by the motto "We stand in line, so you can unwind!"

 

Why should I use Go Ramble?

 

You work hard and understand that a vacation in Hawaii is your time to explore, unwind and take in cultural sites and sounds. You also understand that spending $5 on a bottle of water from the nearest convenience store is unethical - but you need to stay hydrated. That’s where Go Ramble comes in!

 

We provide you the stress-free convenience of picking out your grocery needs from the comfort of your home BEFORE your vacation even begins, so you can rest assured that your order will be awaiting your arrival! Let us take care of your shopping, so that you can focus on the most important tasks ahead: Rest, Relaxation & Adventure!

 

How do I order?

 

Option 1: Choose from our preset packages

 

Choose from our variety of preset grocery packages, add to cart, fill in your delivery information and complete your order. You will receive an email confirming your order as well as delivery date and location. Please double check to make sure your delivery information is correct. No substitutions to the preset packages please, however you can add other items buy using our Customize Your Selection option.

 

Option 2: Customize your selection

 

Use our customized grocery order page to list out the specific items you would like. You can either enter your list into the space provided on the page, or email us your list. Please be sure to include your delivery date/time and location.

 

Shortly thereafter, you will receive a quote based on your shopping list. Once confirmed, you're all set! There will be a hold placed on your credit card based on the quoted amount, however your credit card will not be charged until the purchase has been made.

How do you determine prices?

There are many factors that go into determining a fair price for our packages. Since most items are imported into Hawaii, grocery prices on our shelves are generally quite higher than on the mainland. The state of Hawaii also incurs a $.06 cents redemption per glass bottle/can container, and our prices reflect that. Every product/service purchased in the state of Hawaii is required to pay Hawaii General Excise (GE) tax, currently at a rate of 4.712%. This rate will be added at checkout. 

Lastly, our included delivery fee covers a member of our staff hand picking the freshest produce and groceries for you, safely delivering your items and carefully stocking them in the pantry or refrigerator. Cost of gas and any parking fees are also included in this fee.

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver all around Oahu, including Honolulu & Waikiki, 7 days a week. Please see our Delivery Policy for detailed information. 

Do you deliver to residents? 

We sure do- islandwide! Please contact us for more info and Kama'aina rates! 

What if I need to cancel my order?

If you need to cancel an order, please email us with your name, arrival details and reason for cancellation. Orders cancelled within 48 hours of delivery will incur a $10 fee. Orders cancelled within 24 hours of delivery will incur a $20 fee. Cancellation within 24 hours will incur a 50% restocking fee.
